I’m Emily, an accredited life coach with a background in communications and organisational change. I work with people who want something more from life. For you, that might mean finding direction, setting new goals, or simply reconnecting with what makes you feel like yourself again.

 

 

From burnout to balance

Years ago, I was diagnosed with fibromyalgia and chronic fatigue syndrome. Life became overwhelming. Even the basics took effort, and I found myself questioning everything. I had always been someone who pushed on, kept busy, and tried to meet expectations. But eventually, my body said no.

 

That chapter of my life taught me a lot. I learned how to slow down, listen to myself, and build a life that actually worked for me, rather than one that looked good from the outside. It also sparked my love of coaching.


A coach who gets it

My clients come from all walks of life. Some are navigating change. Others are simply tired of feeling stuck. You might be adjusting after a big life event, or feeling unfulfilled even though everything seems fine on paper. Whatever brings you here, coaching is a space to think clearly, connect with your goals, and take steps towards something more fulfilling.

 

Although my own journey was shaped by chronic illness, my coaching is for anyone ready to make a shift - whether that’s in your mindset, your relationships, your work or your lifestyle.
 

A little more about me 

I live in the UK with my partner and rescue dog Maisel, who reminds me daily how important it is to rest, play and sniff out joy. I love exploring new places, especially those that offer sunshine, sea views and a sense of adventure. Travel is one of my great loves, but getting to know people will always be my favourite thing to do.

 

I trained with The Coaching Academy and hold a Life Coaching Diploma with Distinction. My approach is rooted in curiosity, compassion and trust. Coaching isn’t about being told what to do. It’s about exploring what matters to you, and finding practical, sustainable ways to move forward.
